Key Stage 2 Standardised Assessment Tests
During year 6 all pupils are required to sit a Standardised Assessment Tests otherwise known as SATs. These tests are taken in mid May and last under 5 hours 30 minutes in total. Pupils are tested in English reading, English grammar, punctuation, spelling and maths. Once the tests have been completed in school the papers are collected and marked by external markers. Results are returned to the school in July.
